Roland is a seasoned Mortgage Broker in mortgage lending since 2002. Roland has an MBA from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s Degree from the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY.

Prior to his career in Real Estate, Roland was a manager at EarthLink and Mattel. Prior to business school, Roland was a professional musician in Los Angeles, having worked on numerous studio sessions and, most notably, with Doc Severinsen and The Tonight Show Band.
